Just a quick note to share my appreciation for the benefits I receive with my Chiphone Prime Preferred Checking Account. Secure Checking provides Identity protection. They alerted me of fraudulent activity & provided the information I needed to refute the charges. Mr. Basil with Secure Checking was patient and eager to walk with me through the process. He helped me carefully review my credit history & get the right information to Equifax, Experian & Trans Union. Happy Member.

Robert has been able to help me every time I call in to the bank. Lately that has been a lot. He has fixed problems even before I knew there was a problem. He is very personable while speaking to me over the phone. My husband and I have recently moved to Tennessee and had been thinking about moving all of our accounts down here.
