offended if we ask for identification. We take the following
steps to protect you:
- Upon
opening a new account, we request identification and thumb
print.
- If you
apply for a loan, we review loan documents to verify your SSN,
address, and employment.
We train
all staff to ask for ID when doing your transaction(s), if they
do not know you. Remember, when we ask for ID, it is to
protect what is yours!

Overdraft Advance
provides you a cushion of overdraft protection!
Overdraft items will be posted in accordance with Chiphone's
existing share draft procedures. Funds will
automatically transfer from the share account to the draft to
clear overdrawn checks. If funds are not available in
shares then Overdraft Advance will take over. This
cushion allows your draft account to overdraw up to $300.

Advance disclosure at our member services desk.
Note:
If you receive a direct
deposit social security or other federal benefit check, you must
opt-out if you do not want us to apply those funds to repay an
overdraft. Contact a member services representative for details.

Draft Imaging
allows you to view the drafts that have cleared your account.
If you have a Chiphone draft account and are set up for
cu@home
then you can now view the front and back of drafts that have
cleared your account. Simply go into your account
via Chiphone's on line banking. Once you are in your
account summary, click on the DRAFT button to the right.
This will show you drafts that have cleared. Click on
the draft number you desire to view and you will see the item.
A Chiphone employee will need to
connect your account to this new service. To
request Draft Imaging contact a Chiphone employee by calling
